1. Evening of the procedure
Before bed, gently wash your brows using a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil or a soft hand soap. Foam the cleanser, wash with the foam, rinse, and pat dry with a clean tissue. If the skin feels tight, apply a very thin layer of the ointment once. If not, you may skip the ointment.
2. Days 2−7/9
Keep the brows as dry as possible until fully healed. Apply a very thin layer of the ointment 2−3 times a day until all flakes have shed (usually 7−9 days).
3. Washing & showering
Wash your face around the brows. Use shower shields when washing your hair — apply them onto clean, dry skin.
4. Makeup & skincare
During healing (7−9 days), apply makeup and skincare around the brows only, not on the brow area.
5. Restrictions
Do not scratch, rub, or remove flakes. Avoid sauna, steam rooms, tanning beds, swimming pools, oils, and any makeup on the brows. After all flakes shed, you may resume normal activities.
6. Workouts & sweating
You may exercise, but gently blot forehead sweat throughout workouts to avoid softening the brows.
7. Sun exposure
No tanning during healing. After healing, tanning is allowed only with SPF. Always protect the brows with sunscreen during sun exposure.
8. Retinol & exfoliants
Do not apply retinol on the brows ever. Exfoliants may be used around the brows only, never directly on them.
9. Color evaluation
The final, stable color can be accurately evaluated one month after the procedure, as the pigment continues to stabilize within the skin during this period.
